Thuthuvalai Rasam Recipe at home


Thuthuvalai rasam is a simply and easy recipe you can do it at home.Before using thuthuvalai leaves for cooking we have remove the thrones carefully with the help of scissors. Thuthuvali leaves has several health benefits such as improves immunity, cures cold and cough, strengthen the bones by improving calcium level.

Ingredients :
Thuthuvalai leaves- 15 to 20 leaves
Cooking oil - as required
Pepper- 1tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
Dry red chilies - 3
garlic pods - 4
Tomatoes - 3
Tamarind - 1 small piece
Rock salt - as required
Drinking water - as required
Mustard & urad dal - little
curry leaves - handful
Hinge- very small piece
